3. What personal data do we collect?
GoMeddo collects, processes and manages personal data of job applicants, employees, former employees and business relations. The kind of data we collect depends on the business relation we have with you. Below is explained which data we collect from you, depending on your relationship with GoMeddo.

4. Do we process your personal data outside of Europe?
We do not process your personal data outside of Europe.
5. How do we protect your personal data?
We treat personal data confidentially and with the greatest possible care. GoMeddo secures its systems against loss or against any form of unlawful use or processing. GoMeddo uses appropriate technical and organisational measures. Your data is adequately secured in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and regulations. GoMeddo complies with the worldwide accepted standard for information security ISO 27001:2017.
6. With whom do we share your personal data?
We share your personal data only in accordance with the purposes made known to you. In addition, we may share your personal data with government, law enforcement or regulators if required by law.
7. Binding Corporate Rules
GoMeddo does not have binding corporate rules as defined in article 47 of the AVG.
8. How long do we keep your personal data?
GoMeddo applies the following retention periods:
Rejected applicants
four weeks after rejection
Personal data for business relationship management
as long as the relationship exists or as required by law
personal data that are processed for the execution of work
in accordance with the agreements made with the client
Visitors
No longer than 6 months after the right of access has expired
9. What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data?
You have the right to access, rectify or delete the data processing that concerns you. You can object to the processing and to data portability. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Requests related to the rights described above can be submitted to privacy@gomeddo.com. If you feel that GoMeddo has not complied with data protection rules you can lodge a complaint with the personal data authority.
10. What cookies do we use?
In addition to personal data, GoMeddo uses 'cookies'. Cookies are small data files stored by your browser on your computer or mobile device. Such cookies allow a website to "recognise" you as a user and remember your activities and/or preferences.
