This Privacy and Cookie Statement applies to GoMeddo BV, Gustav Mahlerlaan 350-B, 1082 ME Amsterdam, (hereinafter referred to as 'GoMeddo' or 'we').
This statement explains why we collect and use personal data, what data it is and what rights you have when we process your personal data.
2. Why do we process personal data?
Personal data is only processed when necessary and when there is a legitimate basis for doing so. GoMeddo may act in the role of 'controller' or as 'processor' in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation ('AVG').
GoMeddo processes personal data for the following purposes:
to assess the suitability of the applicant for a position within GoMeddo
contacts with business connections
to make transparent and maintain contact with (potential) clients
contracts with clients/ suppliers / business contacts
the preparation, formation, execution and termination of contracts
to make an offer regarding the provision of services and other activities of GoMeddo or to provide and exchange information about these services and other activities.
3. What personal data do we collect?
GoMeddo collects, processes and manages personal data of job applicants, employees, former employees and business relations. The kind of data we collect depends on the business relation we have with you. Below is explained which data we collect from you, depending on your relationship with GoMeddo.
Nature of relationship with Gen25
Name, address, city, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address.
Curriculum vitae (cv) application letter.
Job interview report
Result online assessment or psychological test
References and testimonials
Company and address.
e-mail address, telephone number of the contact person.
Name visitor and company name
4. Do we process your personal data outside of Europe?
We do not process your personal data outside of Europe.
5. How do we protect your personal data?
We treat personal data confidentially and with the greatest possible care. GoMeddo secures its systems against loss or against any form of unlawful use or processing. GoMeddo uses appropriate technical and organisational measures. Your data is adequately secured in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and regulations. GoMeddo complies with the worldwide accepted standard for information security ISO 27001:2017.
6. With whom do we share your personal data?
We share your personal data only in accordance with the purposes made known to you. In addition, we may share your personal data with government, law enforcement or regulators if required by law.
7. Binding Corporate Rules
GoMeddo does not have binding corporate rules as defined in article 47 of the AVG.
8. How long do we keep your personal data?
GoMeddo applies the following retention periods:
four weeks after rejection
Personal data for business relationship management
as long as the relationship exists or as required by law
personal data that are processed for the execution of work
in accordance with the agreements made with the client
No longer than 6 months after the right of access has expired
9. What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data?
You have the right to access, rectify or delete the data processing that concerns you. You can object to the processing and to data portability. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Requests related to the rights described above can be submitted to email@example.com. If you feel that GoMeddo has not complied with data protection rules you can lodge a complaint with the personal data authority.
10. What cookies do we use?
In addition to personal data, GoMeddo uses 'cookies'. Cookies are small data files stored by your browser on your computer or mobile device. Such cookies allow a website to "recognise" you as a user and remember your activities and/or preferences.
Most Internet browsers support cookies. However, it is possible for a user to adjust their browser settings to block certain types of cookies or specific cookies. Users can also choose to delete cookies at any time.
Cookies are stored on your computer for a maximum of 24 months and you have the option - via your browser settings - to delete the cookies at any time.
