All their spaces use 100% green energie, they offer free spaces to local charities and their cultural programme and cafe’s are free to the public. You can find their creative work and event spaces in London, Lisbon, and Los Angeles.
In order to make processes more efficient and to offer their members more convenience Second Home was looking for a new tool to manage reservations of meeting rooms and event spaces. The previous custom-made solution was no longer servicing their needs and not flexible enough to make simple changes.
Implementing and adopting GoMeddo
The main requirement was that the new system would be easy-to-use, user friendly and flexible in supporting their upcoming growth. GoMeddo ticks all those boxes and more according to Ashleigh Campbell, systems project manager at Second Home.
What does the future hold?
To offer their members an increased customer experience and a more user-friendly way to book meeting rooms, Second Home is working on developing a member-app which will, of course, integrate with GoMeddo.
